Like many others, there was a time when life felt like a maze with no exit. I was deeply lost in disbelief and hopelessness — in something that resembled depression, draining all meaning and energy from life.
I began to question everything: purpose, joy, and even existence itself.
It felt like the inner flame was dying out, and the weight of the world was just too heavy to carry.

In that place of vulnerability, a small spark of curiosity — and perhaps a thread of hope — pushed me to search.

You may wonder: why the name “Awakened Everyday”?
In the original logo (Desperta Já), the color design made it look like “DespertAJA” — which in Portuguese is a play on words that combines “Awaken” (Desperta) and “Act Now” (Aja).
Because awakening is action.
It’s not enough to simply understand or meditate or gather knowledge. True awakening requires integration — bringing that wisdom into real life, making choices, moving forward.
The embedded word “AJA” symbolized this urgency — the now, the power of taking action in the present. That same energy inspired me to create this space and share it with you.
